IUCLID for PPP Filter rules

The excel file provides the full list of filter rules applicable to all IUCLID fields relevant in EU pesticides submissions for the following working contexts:

EU PPP Active Substance Application (product)

EU PPP Microorganism - Active Substance Application (product)

EU PPP MRL application

EU PPP Basic substance application

The filter rules establish whether the data in each field are published by default, can be claimed confidential or are subject to more sophisticated publication rules. All applicable rules are described in a dedicated tab in the excel. This file can be used in conjunction with the IUCLID tool 'Dissemination Preview'.

N.B. The filter rules were updated in April 2022 to be in alignment with IUCLID 6.6.14.1 and rules have been created or amended in the following: 

MIXTURE.ContactPersons.ContactPerson changed from UNLESS_CONF to NOT_PUBLISHED 

The following fields in the FLEXIBLE_RECORD.SubstanceComposition.GeneralInformation were changed from UNLESS_CONF to NOT_PUBLISHED:
