This is the data for "Modeling spatial, developmental, physiological, and topological constraints on human brain connectivity". See https://github.com/StuartJO/GenerativeNetworkModel for code to use with this data/explain what all the variables in the data are. Uncompress the files into the "data" directory.

The GenerativeNetworkModel.zip contains a saved version of all the code as was used to run all the analyses and produce all the figures in the paper. The Output.zip file should be extracted to /data/OUTPUTS/ and surface_data.zip should be extracted to /data/surface_data
