CWD and AET function

This R function was created to quickly calculate climatic water deficit (CWD) and actual evapotranspiration (AET) using a modified Thornthwaite water balance model following the equations in Appendix S1 of Lutz et al., (2010). This function will calculate CWD and AET at an annual time-step or using 30 year normal climate data.

This function has an updated equation to calculate AET as there was an error in the previous version that is now fixed.
