lsohexacosane chlorobutanol, stearyl alcohol, \(\beta\)-Sitosterol, \(\varepsilon\)-Sitosterol and palmitic acid have been isolated from the leaves of Xanthium stumarium Linn. The isolation of isohexacosane and chlorobutanol have been reported for the first time from natural source.
