spacetelescope/drizzlepac: Drizzlepac v3.11.0

High-Level Summary

The most significant changes are to logging and alignment. The logs and printed output are expected to change slightly, and will be refined in future releases. The alignment algorithms have also been improved, so changes to image data and header keywords should be expected. This release also contains small bug fixes.
