Description
We investigated the intractome of human PTCD2 protein, a putative key player in non-canonical mitochondrial RNA processing, by Proximity-dependent Biotin Identification (BioID) followed by ESI-LC-MSMS. The dataset includes the results of the Mass spec analysis with detailed reports made by the proteomics core facility, University of Geneva.
