Lectotypus (hic designatus): FRANCE. Corse: Plaine d’Aleria, près de l’étang de Diane, 10 m, 1.V.1907, Briquet, Saint-Yves & Cavillier s.n. (G-BU [G00830018]!). Syntypus: (G-BU [G00185152]!).
= Poa pratensis subsp. angustifolia (L.) Lej.
