Nephrolepis × copelandii W.H. Wagner et al. (1999) 185. - Type: Wagner et al. 91044 (MICH n.v.), Hawaii.
= Nephrolepis cordifolia × N. brownii, intermediate between the putative parents.
Distribution - So far found on Hawaii only, but can be expected to occur throughout the common range of both parents as a byproduct of the expansion of N. brownii.
