Epanerchodus polymorphus — Mikhaljova, 1983: 85, 86–87, 90; 1988: 70–71; 1993: 30–31; 1997: 145–146; 1998b: 10, 43–44, 44: figs 149–152, 45: map 10; 2002: 150; 2004: 40, 212–215, 213: figs 528–536, 214: map 27; Mikhaljova & Petukhova, 1983: 53, 59; Mikhaljova & Bakurov, 1989: 40, 42, 45–46; Ganin, 1997: 121, 124, 126, 128; Mikhaljova et al., 2000: 118; Mikhaljova & Korsós, 2003: 234; Mikhaljova & Marusik, 2004: 10.
Remarks. Originally described from Primorskiy kray, Russian Far East (Mikhaljova & Golovatch, 1981), this species appears to be quite widespread and common there. It has also been recorded in different territories of North Korea (Mikhaljova et al., 2000). This is a litter-dwelling species, also registered in caves (Mikhaljova, 1993, 1997). The species displays dimorphism, i.e. two distinct male morphs (digitata and simplificata) and a continuous variation range in females, all coexisting.
Distribution. Russia: Far East (Primorskiy kray), North Korea.
