Authors/Creators
Description
Desmopachria aphronoscelus K.B.Miller, 1999
Incorrect subsequent spelling: Desmopachria aphronoscela K.B.Miller, 1999:352 (Nilsson 2001:216). Stated etymology: "from the Greek, aphrono and scelus, together meaning 'silly leg' ". Comment: The original spelling ' aphronoscelus ' is a noun in apposition. Consequently, the ending is constant relative to the gender of the associated genus name. The incorrect spelling ' aphronoscela ' was seemingly introduced by Miller (2001:233).
