Arius jatius (Hamilton, 1822)
Pimelodus jatius Hamilton, 1822: 171, 376. Type locality: Bengal. No types known.
Distribution: South and southeast Asia.
Countries: India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
Habitat: Brackish and fresh waters.
Maximum size: 305 mm TL.
Notes
