Lutjanidae
Lutjanus goreensis (Valenciennes, 1830) —Gorean snapper New record from Madeira, based on a photo of an animal taken by spear gun in May 1995, apparently a stray from warmer waters (figure 5). Tentative identification by A. Brito (personal communication, December 2005).
