11. Scrobipalpa chitensis (Povolný, 2001)

Distribution. China (Shaanxi, Ningxia), Russia (Chitinskaya oblast’). New record for China. Notes. Chinese specimens resemble S. chitensis (Povolný) superficially and in the male genitalia (Fig. 32), but slightly differ in the narrower sacculus and shorter uncus.
