Holotype: UMMZ 111440 (illustrated in the original description, p. 478, Fig. 105); paratypes (16), AMNH 9054, 49954, 65620-21; CAS 9158; CHM 54.202 and 55.39.2; MCZ 12497; UF 7219- 20 (Gilbert 1974:117); UMMZ 96513, 100370- 71, 106309, and 106319-20 (Kluge 1984:80). UMMZ 100371 photographed in Schwartz (1956a:481, Fig. 106).
