Records from Turkey: Adana Province (Smit 1995); Kayseri Province (Özkan et al. 1995, 1996); Afyon Province (Özkan et al. 2003; Boyacı & Özkan 2003, 2004c; Aşçı et al. 2006 – 2007). Habitat: All kinds of standing waters.
Distribution: Europe except Scandinavia.
