Dendrobaena subrubicunda: Černosvitov 1932: 531.

Dendrobaena (Dendrodrilus) subrubicunda: Šapkarev 1978: 69. Dendrodrilus rubidus subrubicunda: Zicsi & Czusdi 1986: 118.

Ecological group: epigeic (Salomé et al. 2011).

Habitat: hill meadows (Milutinoviċ et al. 2010).

Zoogeographical distribution type: peregrine (Csuzdi et al. 2011). Distribution in Bulgaria: widespread in forests and manure piles near marshlands in whole Bulgaria (Mihailova 1966).
