Description
Stilestrongylus aureus Durette – Desset & Sutton, 1985
Type host. Reithrodon auritus Fischer (Mammalia: Cricetidae).
Site of infection. Small intestine.
Type locality. Argentina, Buenos Aires Province, Balcarce (37°50ʹ47ʺS, 58°15ʹ19ʺW). Holotype: 3 MLP 688/1. Paratypes: MLP 688/2 (allotype Ƥ), MLP 688/3 (13, 4ƤƤ) (cited as MLP 688 C). Remarks. Paratypes (13, 3ƤƤ) in the Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle, Paris, France. Reference. Durette– Desset & Sutton (1985).
