Female resembles I. maculata (Peng & Kim, 1997), I. minuta sp. nov., I. tumida sp. nov. and I. uncinata sp. nov., can be distinguished by the position of spermatheca and the shape of sclerite to which the spermathecae connect (Figs 183, 189; 169, 176; 235, 241; 248, 254).
