Xenochironomus longicrus (Kieffer, 1911); Chaudhuri and Guha 1987: 29.
Original material: INDIA, [Himachal Pradesh state], Simla [Hills]: Matiana, at an altitude of 2700 m (N. Annandale). Size 3.5 mm.
Comment. Type material could not be examined. Original description is insufficient and lacks illustrations.
