Scambophyllum sanguinolentum (Westwood, 1848)

Material examined. 4 males: 1 male (ZRC.ORT.1100), CCNR, “Mandai near Seletar Reservoir”, felled forest, coll. D. H. Murphy, November 1967; 1 male (ZRC.ORT.1101), BTNR, coll. D. H. Murphy, 19 August 1975; 2 males (ZRC.ORT.219), CCNR, along Woodcutter Trail, old secondary forest/ swamp forest, coll. M. K. Tan & R. W. J. Ngiam, 6 February 2011.
Discussion. This species was previously identified tentatively to Scambophyllum pendleburyi Karny, 1926 (see Tan, 2012).
