Type species: Oryssomus subterminatus Mulsant, 1850, by monotypy.
Diagnosis. Oryssomini with antenna 10-segmented; all tibiae slender, unmodified; postcoxal line complete; female genitalia with genital plate elongate; spermatheca simple, curved. For more details see Gordon (1974).
