A computational code of the two-pass digital filter for separating groundwater runoff from streamflow hydrographs

This program performs groundwater runoff separation from streamflow hydrographs according to the two-pass digital filtering method described in the article Pozdniakov et al. “A physically based model of a two-pass digital filter for separating groundwater runoff from streamflow time series” (submitted to the Water Resources Research).
