GraphMB datasets
Description
Datasets used to test GraphMB. These datasets consist of metagenomic samples sequenced with Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT). Strong100 is a simulated dataset. Aale, Damh, Mari, Hjor, Hade and Viby are activated sludge datasets from Wastewater treatment plants. Soil is from a soil sample collected for a previous study.
