Distribution. Mexico, USA, Yucatan Strait, Venezuela (Valdés et al. 2006; Miloslavich et al. 2010. Isla Margarita: Rosenberg 2009).
Remarks. No material of this species was found. Venezuela is the southern limit of the distribution of this species.
