Description

A set of python scripts was used for the analysis of molecular dynamics trajectories using minimalist coarse-grained protein-RNA mixture model used in the paper "RNA chain length and stoichiometry govern surface tension and stability of protein-RNA condensates".

Python functions are well documented with docstrings and can readily be used both on the command line or in Jupyter-notebooks.
