Acrotrichis corpulenta sp. n.

Habitus Fig 5A. Length 0.85 mm. Colour yellowish brown, antennae and legs lighter. Antennomeres 3–11 0.31 mm long Fig. 5 C. Mentum and submentum chaetotaxy Fig. 5 F. Width across eyes 0.30 mm. Pronotum 0.47 mm wide, 0.22 mm long, sides with a slight insinuation before the hind angle when viewed at 45° Fig. 5 B. Elytra 0.52 mm long, 0.47 mm wide. Mesoventrum Fig. 5 G. Posterior margin of metaventrum and metacoxal plates Fig. 5 H. Pygidium, Fig. 5 J, with setae on the anterior margin and lacking long setae as Fig. 2 F.

Female: spermatheca Fig. 5 E.

Etymology. From the Latin corpulentus meaning thick or stout and referring to the overall appearance. Diagnosis. The brownish yellow colour and stout appearance together with the characters of the male ventrite 6 will distinguish this species.
