Cotesia cuprea (Lyle, 1925)
Distribution in Iran. Lorestan (Ghahari et al. 2012b).
Distribution outside Iran. Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, former Czechoslovakia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Mongolia, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, UK (Yu et al. 2012).
Host records. Gregarious parasitoid of Lycaena phlaeas, it has been also bred from Lycaena helle in Germany, Plebejus argus in France and Lampides boeticus (Nixon 1974; Yu et al. 2012), Lycaena dispar, L. thersamon, Plebejus (Vacciniina) optilete, Polyommatus icarus, Zizeeria knysna (Yu et al. 2012). Çikman and Uygun (2003) reported this species from Chromatomyia horticola and Liriomyza trifolii.
