Distribution. Malawi, Republic of South Africa, Tanzania.

Remarks. We have carefully examined the holotype of A. spicifera and compared it to the holotype of A. isodina. In the absence of any differences observed, we consider these taxa belong to the same species. On the basis of this evidence, we synonymize A. isodina with A. spicifera syn. nov.
