GDPR Art 5 Principles and Additional Adequate Measures

In this infographic (a 'triptych' so to speak) the relation between Article 8 Protection of personal data (Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU) and the Article 5 Principles relating to processing of personal data (EU General Data Protection Regulation) is made visible.

In the second part of the poster, examples are given of adequate measures to demonstrate compliancy (GDPR Art 5.2) to these principles.
