Distr.: Colombia (Valle del Cauca (Buenaventura)), Costa Rica, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Trinidad, Venezuela, West Indies. Refs.: Grimaldi & Nguyen, 1999: 107 (mon.).
