Malthodes (Malthodes) caspicus Wittmer, 1972
Distribution in Iran. Golestan: Golae Lovae at Minoodasht, via Gorgan, 750- 1,400 m (Wittmer 1972). Guilan: Assalem, between Hashtpar and Heroabad, 1,300 m (Wittmer 1972). Mazandaran: Alamdeh at Chalus, 500-900 m (Wittmer 1972). Generic records: Iran (Delkeskamp 1977; Kazantsev & Brancucci 2007).
Remarks. Endemic to Iran.
