General distribution. Albania, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Macedonia, Moldavia, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia-Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine (Cate 2007).
