Hemicrepidius niger (Linnaeus, 1758)

Distribution in Iran. Mazandaran (Mardjanian et al. 2008).

General distribution. Albania, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine (Cate 2007), Turkey (Kabalak & Sert 2005).

Comments. Presence of this species in Iran is doubtful and needs confirmation.
