Satarupa nymphalis: Jiang et al. 2004: 4 (Mao’ershan).
Satarupa nymphalis khamensis: Wang & Tang 2012: 54 (Mao’ershan).
Distribution in Guangxi. Xing’an (Mao’ershan).
Note. The differences between the 2 subspecies of Satarupa nymphalis described by Evans (1949: 122) are variable. Extensive specimens are needed to determine the subspecific division of this species.
