Diagnosis: A species of Paracypridea of the elegans group with dorsal and ventral margins strongly diverging towards the posterior and an inflated posterior carapace end.

Holotype: Carapace, SMF Xe 4818.

Paratypes: 3 carapaces under SMF Xe 4819.

Dimensions: Holotype, length 1.02mm, height 0.67mm, width 0.54mm.
