Description
Fixed unnecessary loop that significantly reduced the performance of the grid-to-point-converter.
Fixed off-by-one error with regular PER-CUM or PER-AVER time-series that were generated by the grid-to-point-converter. The start time for regular PER-CUM and PER-AVER time-series are now shifted back one interval.
Added automatic cumulative time-series write for precipitation time-series that are generated in the grid-to-point-converter.
Added logic to better handle the C Part for precipitation time-series.
