This new species is closely related to F. starica Dworakowska in the aedeagal structure, but differs in having the pygofer side more slopes towards the posterior margin, the aedeagal shaft with two distal processes shorter and curved dorsad, the basal process situated more basad, and the aedeagal shaft parallel sided when viewed in lateral aspect.
