Description
Polistes (Polistella) stigma tamula (Fabricius, 1798)
Material Examined: PAKISTAN: Punjab: Murree: Patriata, 02.ix.2015, Leg. M. Qasim, ♀; Sindh: Karachi: Malir, 22.iii.07, Leg. Amjad, ♀; (Ex. NIM).
Remarks: Mahmood et al. (2012) reported this species from Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa: Siadu Sharif, Swat and Miadam. Shah (2015) reported it from Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa: Mansehra, Balakot, Baffa, Oghi, Battagram, Allai, Abbottabad, Havelian and Ayubia.
Distribution: India; Pakistan; Sri Lanka (Gusenleitner 2006; Mahmood et al. 2012; Kumar & Sharma 2015b).
