Chaetorellia carthami Stackelberg, 1929
Chaetorellia carthami Stackelberg, 1929: 225. Holotype. Uzbekistan (Tashkent distr.: near Jaroslavskoe) (ZISP). Distribution. PA: Egypt, Southern Europe, Turkistan, Israel, West Asia. Egyptian localities. Sinai: Sinai Mts., Southwestern Sinai.
Host plants. Safflower (Carthamus tinctorius L.) and starthistles (Centaurea sp.). Dates of collection. February to October.
