Description
Genus Mastax Fischer von Waldheim, 1828
This genus is represented by three species in northern Pakistan, Mastax histrio Fabricius, 1801; M. pakistana Jedlicka, 1963 and M. rawalpindi Jedlicka, 1963. We report here only the former two species whereas M. rawalpindi could not be collected despite extensive collection efforts across the type locality.
