Ephygrobia electa Becker, 1903: 159. Syntypes, males & females. Egypt (Cairo, Fayoum) (ZMHB).
Distribution: AF: Cape Verde Is. Gambia, Kenya, Madagascar, Nigeria, Sudan. PA: Egypt. Egyptian localities: Fayoum:?. Lower Nile Valley & Delta: Cairo. Upper Nile Valley: Asswan. Dates of collection: November to April.
