Type depository. MVM (lectotype and paralectotype).

Host. Passeriformes— Delichon urbicum.

Distribution in Turkey. Bolu (Abant) (Lewis & Lewis 1965); İstanbul (Merdivenci 1968); an undetermined location (Traub et al. 1983).
