Anisepyris dorlasi Barbosa & Azevedo, sp. nov.

Description, female. Body length 5.31 mm. Head and mesosoma black; wings subhyaline; metasoma castaneous. Head wide. Mandible with five distal teeth, wide, angled, and with two upper teeth wider than others. Median clypeal lobe rounded, very short; median clypeal carina hardly distinct. Frons coriaceous; antennal scrobe carinate, but weak. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellae forming right angle; ocelli large. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, sparsely punctate; transverse pronotal carina complete; posterior margin without posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture fused with first metapostnotal carina; paraspiracular carina present and inconspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc polished; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea closed; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture closed. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose; claws bifid. Metasomal segments sparsely setose. Genitalia. T9 with anterior arm long and overlapping 2vf; 1vv as long as genitalia body; 2vv as long as 1vv length, smoothly narrowing apicad; 3vv short; 1vf strongly curved forward; 2vf slender and with dorsal lap strongly swollen posteriorly; 1rv not curved, ventral process small, and posterior process short; 2rv not curved.

Distribution. Mexico; Brazil: Goiás, São Paulo.
Remarks. This new species differs from A. albistigmus by having the clypeus rounded and very short with the median clypeal carina hardly distinct; the antennal scrobe carinate, but weak; the frons with strong and sparse foveae; the ocelli small; the posterior margin without a posterior pronotal sulcus; the notaulus narrow; the metapostnotum with longitudinal ridges; the metapostnotal-propodeal suture fused with the first metapostnotal carina; the mesopleuron with the lower fovea closed and not divided, whereas A. albistigmus has the clypeus angulate and short, and with the median clypeal carina distinct; the antennal scrobe ecarinate; the frons coriaceous; the ocelli very small; the posterior margin with a posterior pronotal sulcus; the notaulus very narrow; the metapostnotum without longitudinal ridges; the metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; and the mesopleuron with the lower fovea closed and divided.
