Anisepyris gwindori Barbosa & Azevedo, sp. nov.

Description, male. Body length 5.15 mm. Head with green reflection; mesosoma with darkish green reflection and metapectal-propodeal disc black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Flagellomeres short, with dense and short setae. Mandible wide, slightly angled, and with lower tooth longer than others. Median clypeal lobe rounded, short. Frons coriaceous. Antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellae forming right angle; ocelli small. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous; transverse pronotal carina present, incomplete; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; metapleural carina present and inconspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea opened; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose. Claws trifid. Metasomal segments sparsely setose. Genitalia. Basiparamere shorter than paramere; paramere very slender, almost filiform, densely setose; basivolsella straight and angled; cuspis with arms long, dorsal arm slender; aedeagus with basal portion convex and wide, and apical portion as long as basal and slender; apodeme slender.
Material examined. Holotype, ♂, BRAZIL, São Paulo, Ibitinga, cultura de seringueira, 21°45'28”S 48°49'44"W, 05.x.1988, [armadilha] Möricke, (UFES 09991). Paratypes (3). BRAZIL, Roraima, 1 ♂, Rio Uraricoera, Ilha de Maraca, 02–13.v.1987, Armadilha Malaise, J.A. Rafael e equipe (INPA); 1 ♂, 1–4.iii.1988; São Paulo, 1 ♂, Ibitinga, cultura de seringueira, 24.viii.1988, B[andeja] amarela, (UFES 10030).
Distribution. Brazil: Roraima, São Paulo.
Remarks. This new species differs from A. pallidicornis by having the mandible wide and slightly angled; the frontal angle of the ocellar triangle forming a right angle; the ocelli large; the vertex almost straight; the transverse pronotal carina incomplete; the notaulus very narrow; the mesopleural fovea and suture opened; the mesotibia not spinose; the paramere very slender, almost filiform; the basivolsella straight and angled; and the cuspis with the arms long, whereas A. pallidicornis has the mandible narrow and curved; the frontal angle of the ocellar triangle obtuse; the ocelli very small; the vertex convex; the transverse pronotal carina complete; the notaulus narrow; the mesopleural fovea and suture closed; the mesotibia spinose; the paramere slender and sinuous; the basivolsela with the basal inner margin with a projection; and the cuspis with the arms short.
