Smetana, 2005b: 577 (Type locality: Sichuan (Daliang Shan) Meigu, Hongxi); Schülke & Smetana, 2015: 1085 (Catalog of Palaearctic Region).
Distribution. Miobdelus kitawakii is at present known from Daliang Shan in Sichuan Province.
