Publicación de Datos Abiertos siguiendo los Principios de Datos Enlazados

This paper presents an architecture based on a semantic model for publishing open data and a practical method for the instantiation and persistence of this model using D2RQ language and Jena TDB Triple Store. Currently, more and more governments publish their data following the doctrine of Open Government. While there are several proposals of how to perform this publication, none of them are complete and, therefore, they can not be easily replicated. The aim of this paper is to be a practical guide for data publication based on a semantic model using the tools afore mentioned.
