Hoppe-Droit - Élaborer un outil d'observation des productions pédagogiques en droit

Le projet CollEx-Persée HOPPE-Droit visait l’élaboration d’un outil d’observation des productions pédagogiques en droit qui permettrait d’étudier, à partir d’un répertoire dynamique, les évolutions du droit français et de son enseignement depuis le XIXe siècle. Il est le fruit d’un partenariat entre la bibliothèque Cujas, le CERCRID et l’IRJS.

Démarré en avril 2019, il s’est achevé en 2021 par la mise en production de l’outil de visualisation : https://bcujas-hoppe.univ-paris1.fr/

Les données extraites du catalogue de la bibliothèque interuniversitaire Cujas (http://bcujas-catalogue.univ-paris1.fr) concernent les « productions pédagogiques éditées » en droit francophone, sur une période courant de la réouverture des facultés de droit en 1804 jusqu’à la réforme de la licence en 1954.

Les données bibliographiques brutes extraites du catalogue Cujas ont fait l’objet d’opérations de tri, de dédoublonnage et d’enrichissements (indice de plan de classement, normalisation…) avant d’être importées dans une base Heurist structurée en 4 entités majeures : production pédagogique, auteur, éditeur, collection (les données de cette dernière sont en cours de traitement au 31/1/2022).

La dernière étape de ce projet a été la mise en ligne d’un outil de visualisation développé en collaboration avec la société Ouestware.

Les 3 jeux de données proposés au format csv sont issus de la base Heurist : productions pédagogiques (3348 items), auteurs (1180 items), éditeurs (207 items). Est également disponible au format xml l’export total de la base Heurist (algo_hoppe).  Une version 2 enrichie des données de l’entité Collection viendra compléter ce dépôt courant 2022.

Un plan de gestion des données sera également disponible au premier trimestre 2022 sur le site DMP-OPIdOR

Les jeux de données sont encodés en UTF-8, au format CSV compatible avec les tableurs tels que ceux des suites LibreOffice, OpenOffice et Microsoft (après importation des données).

The aim of the CollEx-Persée HOPPE-Droit project was to develop a tool for observing pedagogical productions in law that would allow the study, from a dynamic repertoire, of the evolution of French law and its teaching since the 19th century. It was the result of a partnership between the Cujas library, CERCRID and IRJS.

Beginning in April 2019, it was completed in 2021 with the production of the visualization tool: https://bcujas-hoppe.univ-paris1.fr/

The data extracted from the catalog of the Cujas Inter-University Library (http://bcujas-catalogue.univ-paris1.fr) concerns "published educational productions" in French-speaking law, over a period running from the reopening of law schools in 1804 until the reform of the license in 1954.

The raw bibliographic data extracted from the Cujas catalog was sorted, deduplicated and enriched (classification plan index, normalization...) before being imported into a Heurist database structured in four major entities: educational production, author, publisher, collection (the data for the latter are being processed as of 31/1/2022).

The last step of this project was the putting online of a visualization tool developed in collaboration with the company Ouestware.

The three datasets proposed in csv format come from the Heurist database: educational productions (3348 items), authors (1180 items), publishers (207 items). The total export of the Heurist database (algo_hoppe) is also available in xml format.  A version two enriched with the data of the collection entity will complete this repository during 2022.

A data management plan will also be available in the first quarter of 2022 on the DMP-OPIdOR site

The datasets are encoded in UTF-8, in CSV format compatible with spreadsheet programs such as those of the LibreOffice, OpenOffice and Microsoft suites (after data import).
