Description
Circular statistics is a powerful tool for analyzing variables with a cyclic nature, such as time events, and for which the lineal statistics is not appropriate. In this short communication, I will present the basic tools of circular statistics applied to Ecology, together with a full description of R codes used for analyses and circular plots.
