* concinna (Trager). Fairfax: Alexandria, Gentele Court, east of Telegraph Rd., south of Cameron Run, 36° 46.7´N, 77° 5.7´W, 22.v.1987, SP Cover leg., SPC1027, baited with honey, residential neighborhood, moist shady backyard with clay soil, RJ Kallal det. January 2011 (MCZ: MCZENT589750, MCZENT589751, MCZENT589752); Northampton: Magothy Bay Natural Area Preserve, 37.15482° N, - 75.94681° W, 1 m, 13.iv.2017, K Ivanov leg., KI2710, soil nest under a large, flat rock, edge of Spartina salt marsh (VMNH).

cf. terricola (Buckley). Literature records: Virginia Beach (Guenard & Drew 2011).
Workers of this species are nearly impossible to separate from the much more likely vividula and males are required for proper identification. We have retained this record as N. terricola has been recorded from Pennsylvania and Tennessee and it is thus likely also to occur in Virginia (Kallal & Lapolla 2012).
