Description. General body color shiny, white. Crown milky whitish, with two medium sized dark brown spots near coronal suture. Face ivory medially, whitish laterally, without conspicuous spot or streak; basal limb of antennae yellowish. Pronotum mainly pale brown, with brown patches anteriorly, with two large irregular whitish patches medially, with median irregular milky and many ivory patches adjacent to posterior and lateral margins. Scutellum dark brown, with two fused pale yellowish triangles; lateral sides yellowish with distinct infuscation posteriorly; scutellar suture prominent. Forewing white, with brown or dark brown zigzag oblique stripes concentrated on clavus and apical cells; hindwing subhyaline. Second sternal apodeme in male with posterior lobes not well developed, extended beyond second sternite.

Male genitalia. Pygofer lobe broadly rounded posteriorly, reaching 2/3 of subgenital plate posteriorly; dorsal process more or less long, curved downward and gradually narrowing to bifurcate apex. Subgenital plate gently upcurved laterally, with 3 macrosetae on outer base. Styles with inner apical process about 1.8–1.9 times as long as outer one. Connective U-shaped, with long and divergent arms. Aedeagal shaft arched, with pair of short subapical lateral processes; basal paired processes strong and hooked.

Length. Male 2.6–2.7mm, female 2.7–2.8mm.

Material examined. Korea, Gyeongbuk Province: 2 males & 1 female, Daegu city, 6.VIII.2012, Y.J. Kwon.

Distribution. Korea (North, Central, Jejudo), Japan (Honshu), Russia (Maritime Territory).

Host plant. Unknown.
